Defective Items
If you receive a defective item:
Please email us at support@dynamicnailsupply.com with clear photos of the product in question.
We will open an investigation upon receiving your email.
Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item (no substitutions allowed).
Returned items will be inspected before an exchange is approved.
Processing Time

During high order volume, allow 1 extra day for processing.
