Refunds/exchanges policy
Due to the nature of products sold there are absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
If applicable, exchanges will be made only if items are defective and the exchange request must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order. The item will be replaced with original item purchased. No substitutions will be granted. Item will be inspected upon receipt and an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your new order will be processed within 72 hours.
