Refunds & Exchanges

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

  • Please email us at support@dynamicnailsupply.com with clear photos of the product in question.

  • We will open an investigation upon receiving your email.

  • Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item (no substitutions allowed).

  • Returned items will be inspected before an exchange is approved.


Processing Time

  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears.

  • During high order volume, allow 1 extra day for processing.

  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


Shipping
