• We ship everywhere except Mexico! The customer is responsible for paying any custom fees. USPS 7-21 Business days. DHL 2-3 Business days.

PROCESSING TIMES

• Shipping: Packages will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order being placed. In the event we experience high order volume processing may be delayed by 1 extra business day. All Packages will ship via USPS First Class(3-5 Business days excluding holidays and weekends & not including processing time) or Priority Mail (1-3 Business days excluding holidays and weekends & not including processing time). Delivery times are estimated and not an exact guarantee.There will be no shipping fee refunds for delivery delays caused by USPS or circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather etc. Please ensure you have enough time to order. Orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package has shipped. REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Return & Exchanges: (if applicable)

• Requests must be made within 72 hours (3) days of receipt of your order.
• If applicable, exchanges will be made only if items are defective.Item will be replaced with original item purchased. No substitutions will be granted. Item will be inspected upon receipt and an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item.
