Refunds/exchanges policy
Due to the nature of products sold there are absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
If applicable, exchanges will be made only if items are defective and the exchange request must be made within 3 days of receipt of your order. The item will be replaced with original item purchased. No substitutions will be granted. Item will be inspected upon receipt and an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your new order will be processed within 72 hours.

Packages will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of order being placed once payment clears. In the event we experience high order volume processing may be delayed by 1 extra business day. All packages will ship via USPS.

Order over $100 will require a signature upon delivery. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package has shipped. Once packages are delivered to USPS, Dynamic Nail Supply is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed packages. Please contact the United States Postal Service (1-800-275-8777) to report all claims. In the event a package is returned/undeliverable for any reason the customer will be responsible for reshipping cost.

Incorrect orders/products
In rare occurrences a mistake or delay can happen from our end, we will make every effort to correct it. If we shipped the wrong item or something is missing, we will re-ship it at our expense using the same method of shipping as your original order. You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 3 days after receipt of your shipment. Please be assured that our orders are processed with video surveillance to ensure that no packing errors occur.
If at any time the product you ordered is not available, we will reach out to you by either phone, email, or both to see if you are interested in a product substitution. If this is not a feasible option for you and you wish to cancel your order completely, we will issue your payment as a refund immediately.
