Refunds & Exchanges

All sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item:

• Please email us at support@dynamicnailsupply.com with clear photos and videos of the product in question.

• We will open an investigation upon receiving your email.

• Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

• If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item (no substitutions allowed).

• Returned items will be inspected before an exchange is approved.

Processing Time

• Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment clears.

• During high order volume, allow 1 extra day for processing.

• Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Shipping

• Double-check your name and shipping address before checkout.

• No changes can be made once an order is shipped.
  

• All Orders that include Custom Color Acrylics require additional production time.
  Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before the order is shipped.
  Processing time may vary depending on order volume and color customization details.

• Only ships to Verified/Confirmed Addresses.

• No refunds for delivery delays due to USPS or external issues (e.g. weather, holidays).

• Orders over $100 require a signature at delivery.

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your package ships.

• Once delivered to the shipping carrier, Dynamic Nail Supply is not responsible for lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen packages.

• If returned or undeliverable, the customer must pay for re-shipping.

Free Shipping

• Free U.S. shipping on orders $100+ (applies during active promotions).

• This offer cannot be combined with other promotions and does not apply to Mystery Box products.
• Discount applies automatically at checkout.

International Orders

• Shipping fees are paid at checkout.

• Import taxes/duty fees are paid by you upon delivery (varies by country).

• If the duty fee is unpaid, the package will be returned, and you’ll be charged for return shipping.

• Delays may occur due to customs or international conditions.

Payments 

• All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

• We do not have access to your credit card information at any point.

• The billing ZIP code must match the credit card’s registered ZIP code to complete the transaction.

• If your order is flagged as high-risk by our system:

  • We may request a photo ID to verify your identity.

  • In some cases, the system may automatically cancel your order without prior notice for security reasons.

Incorrect or Missing Items

• If we made a mistake or item is missing, we’ll fix it at our expense.

• You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

• We use video surveillance during order packing for quality control.

• If a product is unavailable, we’ll contact you to offer a substitution or a refund.

Wrong Shipping Address

If you entered the wrong shipping address:

• Please email us or call immediately within 1 hour of placing your order to request a correction.

• Contacting us within this window increases the chance we can update the address before your order is processed.

PICK-UP ORDER POLICY

For the security of our customers and to protect against fraud, Dynamic Nail Supply requires valid identification for all in-store pick-up orders placed online.

• Order Status: Orders can only be picked up after you receive a “Ready for Pick-Up” email. The initial order confirmation email does not mean your order is ready.

• ID Requirement: Customers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of pick-up.

• Name Match: The name on the ID must match the name on the credit card used to place the order.

• Authorized Pick-Up: Only the person whose name appears on the credit card and order confirmation may pick up the order.

• Family Member Pick-Up: If a family member is picking up on your behalf, they must present a clear photo of your government-issued ID that matches the name on the credit card used for the order.

• No Exceptions: Orders will not be released without proper identification or before the ready-for-pick-up notification.

• You waive any claim that pre-sale prices exceeded the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), or that price comparisons or discounts were deceptive under any jurisdiction other than Texas.
  

• All claims will be resolved exclusively in Harris County, Texas.

By purchasing from our website, you expressly waive any claim related to perceived misrepresentation of original prices, comparative pricing, or discounts, including claims that our pre-sale prices exceeded the MSRP.

• Any legal claims or disputes relating to product pricing, advertising, or sale terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas;

• The customer waives all rights to bring claims under the District of Columbia’s Consumer Protection Procedures Act (CPPA), including but not limited to:

  • Allegations that pre-sale prices exceeded the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP);

  • Claims related to discount language, comparative pricing, or other marketing practices.

• By placing an order on our website, the customer also waives any claims alleging that the listed price prior to a sale was higher than the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP).
